As the person behind the ultra mysterious moniker Anonym wants us to believe he - or she - lives in Detroit, Michigan. Although Anonym is very anonymous he (if you can tell from his profile picture) makes damn good music. He has several superb releases on the Berlin based record label Sushitech. His edit of RicardoVillalobos' classic is very different to say the least and he also conspires with Duijn & Douglas from Amsterdam. Jimmy Hendrix - All Along The Watchtower
And now, for something completely different - Jimmy Hendrix. The original version is, ofcourse, from Bob Dylan but Hendrix converted this into "a tumultous four-part solo that transformed Dylan's concise foreboding into an electric hurricane" to quote music mag Rolling Stone. Hendrix was already big when he played the world famous Woodstock Festival. But maybe this made him even more famous.
