Because it's getting colder over here in Amsterdam you might wanna recall those breezy summer afternoons with music by the courtesy of Chaz Bundick or Toro Y Moi as he names himself. While still on school he met Washed Out which has a couple of similarities musically wise. Freak Love is on the first album Causers of This together with a couple of other gems including Talamak, which is the second track in the clip underneath.
Lil Louis - I Called U (The Conversation)
As one of those legends in house music history Lil Louis had a big influence. Not only because of his '80ties megahit French Kiss as his collaborations with other house music pioneers such as Marshall Jefferson and Lil' Louis Vega from Masters At Work. From the same debut album where French Kiss is on, The Mind of Lil Louis, comes I Called U (The Story Continues) - which got sampled here by Cajmere with a little more dancefloor attitude.
